Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences for all stakeholders, including players, fans, sponsors, and partners. We are seeking a Freelance Client Relationship Manager to join our team and ensure the successful management of client relationships throughout our hockey tournaments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders involved in the hockey tournaments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event lifecycle.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, event management, PR) to ensure seamless execution of client-related activities and deliverables.
- On-Site Client Support:
- Provide on-site support during the tournaments, ensuring clients have a positive experience and all their requirements are fulfilled.
- Manage hospitality and VIP services for sponsors and partners during the events.
- Feedback & Reporting:
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on client engagement, satisfaction levels, and post-event reviews.
- Contract Management:
- Assist in negotiating and managing client contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Track and manage client deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate execution according to agreed-upon terms.
- Relationship Development:
- Identify opportunities for expanding relationships with existing clients and securing long-term partnerships.
- Assist in the development of strategies to attract new clients and sponsors for future tournaments.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in sports events, hospitality, or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, particularly in a freelance or contract capacity.
- Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach to resolving issues and addressing concerns.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the sports industry, particularly hockey, and an understanding of the dynamics of sports events.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to managing client relationships.
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site during tournaments and related events.
